Professional Care at Home to Help You Age in Place


OPTIONS for Community Living is a state-funded program for those that don't qualify for CHOICES.
The program was created to provide the elderly, as well as adults with disabilities, with home- and community-based service choices. OPTIONS is administered through the First Tennessee Area Agency on Aging
and Disability.

Consumers of OPTIONS services are adults with physical and/or cognitive disabilities (excluding individuals with intellectual disability). There is no income eligibility requirement for this program. However, there is a sliding fee scale based on income.

WHAT IS THE OPTIONS PROGRAM?

HOW DO I APPLY?
